Gatish does not take payments from vehicle owners, so there is nothing for Gatish to refund. Here is how it works instead.
Services
You pay the partner after the work is done, once you have seen it. If something is wrong, tell the partner first: they did the work and they can redo or refund it.
Parts and products
Products on Gatish are enquiry-only. You buy and pay at the shop, and the shop's own return and warranty terms apply. Ask for them before you pay.
If a partner does not help
Write to us from the contact page with the partner name and what happened. We look into every complaint, and a partner who does not deal fairly can be removed.
