Even on the Free plan: customer approval in writing, GST bills, job
cards without signal, printing and data export. None of these are "paid only".
Going over a limit does not lock the account — you get three days,
with a banner. Locking a garage mid-job pushes people to ask for refunds, not to
upgrade.
